RETURN/REFUND POLICY
*Returns are only accepted on Damaged Products with the Proof of Recorded video within Three days.
- Return/Refund is only acceptable within Three days after the delivery.
- Please send your Return request with Order id, mail id, Phone Number & Recorded video to our mail support@gitanjalijewellers.in
- Customer Need not to pay for return courier charges.
- Once the return request is approved by us, we will arrange a pickup, after the pickup we make sure to refund the amount to your Payment Source with the help of a suitable mode of payment within Seven working days. After the process of refund is initiated, you would receive the amount of refund directly to your Payment Source.
