Return/Refund Policy
*Returns are only accepted on Damaged Products with the Proof of Recorded video within Three days.
- Return/Refund is only acceptable within Three days after the delivery.
- Please send your Return request with Order id, mail id, Phone Number & Recorded video to our mail support@gitanjalijewellers.in
- Customer Need not to pay for return courier charges.
- Once the return request is approved by us, we will arrange a pickup, after the pickup we make sure to refund the amount to your Payment Source with the help of a suitable mode of payment within Seven working days. After the process of refund is initiated, you would receive the amount of refund directly to your Payment Source.
Delivery Policy
- We would request all customers for inspecting the package if in case there is any damage before receiving the product.
- After receiving the order with fully responsible we check every product condition, Invoices, certificate before Packing the product.

- Once the product is packed, we are sure to ship and delivery in 3-7 days with the help of the Trusted Courier Service.

- Every package of Product from gitanjalijewellers.in will reach your doorstep in a Durable condition and will be Packed with tamper-proof packing with all the required certificates.
- If the packaging has tampered, the recipient is advised not to accept such deliveries.
- If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier service company will try to deliver the product a maximum of 3 times. If you are still not reachable/ available, the same will be returned to gitanjalijewellers.in. The cost of handling and re-shipment during the time of non-delivery Payment Gateway and Delivery charges will be chargeable to the Customer.

Cancellation Policy
- Once you place the order, such an order can be cancelled before the Product is Dispatched.

- Once the cancellation request is approved by us, we make sure to refund the amount to your Payment Source with the help of a suitable mode of payment within 7 working days.
- After the process of refund is initiated, you would receive the amount of refund directly to your Payment Source.
- If in case the amount is deducted from your account and the transaction has failed, we will make sure to credit (refund) the entire amount to your Payment Source as soon as possible by Sending Order id, mail id, Phone Number, Bank Account Details, or UPI details to our mail support@gitanjalijewellers.in .
